I live out of state. and like alot of people in a crunch. 3000.00 to 5000.00 not in my budget for new heating and air condtioning. Four contractors later with big bids i had a voice mail from Dan at Hamiton air that he took the time for my condensor unit outside to inspect it. he replaced the parts which i thought were a total loss and left me a voice mail 1700 miles away that it was up and running. My main concern with three days of estamites was the one tennant that had asmah. I CANT THANKI HIM ENOUGH FOR HIS TIME AND JUST NOT AN ESTAMATE FOR REPLACEMENT! Big smile and Big thank you to him ! ! !

Bought home that had sat idle for 4 years , and we were only part timers for 3 more. down stairs AC had a leak no longer covered by warrantee. Owner arrived and diagnoised problem commitetd toi replace evaporator in 5 days. staff very pleasent to work with , arrieved on time , price was ?? I have no refference. we shall see if the repair remains good

They arrived on time and were fast and pleasant. They replaced my thermostate with a new one that was not quite the same size but put it in in such a way that only if you look realy hard do you notice. I will use them again if I have the need.

When my 7 year old Lennox heat pump died, I talked with several contractors before deciding on Hamilton. Dan was very sincere , knowledgeable, and gave the best advice. I got the impression that he really liked what he was doing as compared with the other companies for whom it was just their job. The pricing was very good, the installation work was done very neatly and carefully, and I am very happy with a more energy efficient system that has a ten year warranty. The old Lennox had only five and required major repairs in years 6 and 7. The new Carrier unit is very quiet, inside the home as well as the outside unit.

the experience I had with Hamilton installing my heatpump/plus inside unit, is nothing but TOP professionally, in workmanship and service, , all crew members know what was needed to do and went out all the way to do it right, also (not the low bid i received) but definattly the right one, units are top rated, Hamilton heating does all little extras without nickle and dime you, 5 star CO.and very knowledgeble, each and everyone of them Thank You Dan and crew(Hamilton Heating &AC y knowledgeble
