Arrived as scheduled with all required tools,etc., worked efficiently and effectively and cleaned up properly upon completion. Completed several jobs on my TO-DO list.

Project: Paint or Stain Single Items
Hired Jose for Fixing bathroom tiles and complete painting of the Garage door. The work done on the bathroom titles was less than perfect and the titles started coming off with in days. Jose came back and fixed them and they started coming off again in the next six months. I need to fix them again. Though the price was reasonable at first overall it is going to cost me twice to fix the same problem.

Project: Hire a Handyman
Jose is a good guy, hard working and diligent. Also one of more reasonably priced handyman out there, however, you do get what you pay for. He and his assitant did a good job of repairing our soffit/roof, and cleaning out the shed. We also asked him to clean the crawlspace, which was ok. Paid extra to have debris taken away, but a mesh of chicken wire was left in our yard. We also had caulking done in out bath, but was not quality finish at all. As a previous rater puts it, he's a good handyman/carpenter, however anything to do with details, craftsmanship, and finish, you may want to get specialists for specialised work.

Project: Repair Drywall
The job was to repair and paint 3 different small drywall ceiling places. The drywall and taping was done very well. The painting was not as good. The installer actually use a can of spray paint and eventually used a roller and brush. The spray paint got on the wallpaper, a couple walls and the counter in the kitchen. However, the single largest problem was the clean up. I had to spend hours wiping up the drywall dust from the sanding. Unless you have a lot of time to watch and qustion them, I would not recommed Handyman ABC.

Jose was quick to get back to me once I put in the request. I live in a very old house with the original windows. I needed a pane replaced and it was a very difficult job. He did a wonderful job on it, kept plugging away at it even though it was a very difficult job. I would recommend him highly.

Great job replacing a fence gate post and working with my time requirements. Lacking a little bit on the details/finish work. Overall, I'm satisfied with job Jose did and would call him back for additional fence repairs if needed.
