Vickie, the owner, was very informative during the quote process and went the extra mile - over the phone and in person - to make sure everything went smoothly. She even called after the project to make sure we were happy with the work. Lance, who actually installed the door, had a very easygoing manner, and he did quality work. It was so easy to have him in our home. He allowed my husband to work with him as he did the install and even as "issues" came up (as they often do). And even though the job took longer than the estimate, they still charged within what they quoted the job for. We are very happy with this project!

Vickie at Handy Matters is a jewel, they work with you on your schedule and are very helpful. The tech was early and completed the job in a short amount of time. I will definitely call them again when I am in need of any repairs.
