Project: Install or Replace Exterior Doors

We hired our handyman for the day and the job was to install two exterior doors and one interior door if there was time. I was told that it would take two to three hours to hang an exterior door. He completed only one door during the day. There were some problems with the installation due to the shape of the wall, but I can't believe we paid him $500.00 to install one door. I will never use this service again. Very disappointed.

I was extremely pleased with my experience. I had doors that needed to be re-done, and I had worked with two indpendent contractors. Both of which showed up late and didn't complete the job anywhere close to the estimated date they had given me. I was definitely amazed at the difference in dealing with Hanyman of Fort Worth. They showed up on-time, finished same day. Professional quality.

The guy that was sent to my house did not want to do the job I hired him to do. So no I would not hire this company

Response by Handyman Matters of Fort Worth: We completed the work presumably to the customer's satisfaction. The customer signed off on the invoice stating that it was to her satisfaction. We have tried making contact to resolve any issues via email, phone, and letter, however, with no response. The letter was returned to sender without being opened.

They were always on time, cleaned up after the work, just fantastic. They did every thing they were supposed to do and extra things. I was pleased, have had other people in my home but they were just that best. I have recommended them with out qualifications to others. It was fantastic and so pleased with the work.
