I has a scare in the past from hiring a handyman to seal my granite ctr and re caulk my sink that ended up in a 14 hr nightmare. So this time around I was very cautious. Gus contacted me to set up an appointment, he was nice and professional. The service guy that came out was Tony, he was over to re caulk 4 sinks and install a new faucet. We ended up just doing 3 sinks plus the faucet since he discovered a leak and had to fix it. Overall he did a great job, I just wish we didn't encounter the leak and also a short pipe that came with the faucet kit, that set us back a few hours of work but Gus was able to give me a break on it.

Professional and on time every step of the way. Will hire again when I need additional work. You may want to request beforehand that the worker takes the old materials with them when the job is completed.

I Spent two hundred dollars to resolve a dishwasher issue, the cold water valve was leaking, and the washer drain was backing up. I ask for a plumber to take care of the matter, but got a handyman. The handyman took care of the leaking valve by replacing the whole valve (great), but did not tighten the valve enough still leaks. The handyman recommended that I get a plumber to clear out the line (great), and I did. The plumber tighten the loose valve that the handyman put on (great). It fixed now (wonderful).

Response by Handyman Matters: I am very sorry you were not satisfied with the service, If we/I would have received a phone call I would have sent out the craftsman again to fix the leak. Feedback is extremely valuable to us, but if we don't know there is a problem we can't fix it. All I ask is to be given an opportunity to fix any problems that might arise, once again I apologize for any issues and/or inconvenience

I was satisfied with the Handyman who I hired to hang a very heavy mirror on my wall. The project probably needed two men, as the mirror was very heavy and the man needed some extra help. Aside from a few scratches on my wall that I touched up later, the project is complete and I am happy.
