Keri came out from Hargrove and did an extremely professional job. She was very helpful in explaining what she was doing and an overall nice person. What I liked most was that I had an immediate response from the company. I called several other agencies and I am still waiting for them to respond. Bob was very accommodating, since I was concerned with the potential asbestos in my house. He was able to juggle his existing projects to safely remove the asbestos product from my house the day of my request. After removal, he tested the air for asbestos and forwarded me the results of an asbestos-free environment. This was a big peace of mind for my family and I.

Bob Hargrove came to my home the same day I called to do the testing. He explained the process and timing for removal up front, which I found very helpful. Once the positive asbestos result came back, he recommended a removal specialist. Everything has gone very smoothly.
