They probably performed more than the typical maintenance and did not charge any more than they originally said they would. The service person was courteous and patient with questions.

A little pricier than others, but prompt, knowledgeable, and considering my AC works now, worth it!

Response by Harman Refrigeration HVAC: Problem on this call was two fold. Had to first repair problem with stuck contactor. Then had to repair problem with condensing fan motor and fan blade which someone else installed incorrectly, with fan blade mounted backwards and running in wrong direction. Unit shook violently.

Kevin of Harmon came to my house today and cleaned and charged a faulty unit. More importantly, he saved my life after an allergic reaction to a wasp sting. By the time the symptoms started, I could not administer the Epipen shot. Kevin kept his cool (no pun intended) administered the shot and called for help. The ER doctor told me that Kevin saved my life. Thank God for Kevin. I will be a LOYAL client of Harmon from now on. Despite the drama, I would still recommend Harmon and Kevin. They were prompt, courteous, and very professional.

After another tech messed up my working system in the process of cleaning it, I called Larry and he walked me through some things to try over the phone to see if the problem could be fixed that way to save me some money. When the steps didn't work, he sent someone out who was very friendly and professional. It didn't take him long to figure out what the other guy had done and to correct it. My system is back to working properly and now I have found me an air condition and heating company to fix my stuff. I'm so glad I called them. Also, it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be.
