He did a great job. He came out on a Saturday. His price was fair (higher than I wanted, but appropriate for same day service).

My husband and I bought a satellite dish to use when we travel in our RV. We never could get it to work. We called Darren and he was very prompt and courteous. We wanted to be sure we were doing everything we were supposed to. We were, but it must have been defective, because we never did get it to work.

It was a difficult installation and they had some problems at first but they stuck around and made everything right.. I would hire them again.

I ended up not hiring anyone to do the job, because of problems I had with Direct TV. But I did have several dealing with Andy in the process,. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and if in the future the need arose I would hire him. I would also highly recommend him
