The installation occurred in the evening on friday instead of saturday morning as promised. I believe the crew was a bit tired after a whole days work. Also, it started 2 hours after the promised time and went on until 8:30 in the night. Some of the wrap around steps were not tightly wound. Hassan is a fine guy but the crew was on hire instead of his own, i believe,

Sam helped us choose the laminate flooring on Saturday and the next Saturday Alfredo and Raul spent the whole day installing the floor. They cleaned up when they left and did an excellent job. Sam ordered beautiful floor boards and it looks beautiful!

They worked until 9pm without my permit at my rental propertyand neighbours had to call Cops. He wabts cash or a check with his personal name. He refused to take check on his company name. I would not recommand this contactor.

He arrived promptly to estimate the job. The next day he and the 2 workmen discussed the details of the job, and worked professionally to its completion. I am happy with the job they did.

Hassan appears knowledgeable but it is his team that does the work, and he is not supervising them. In my opinion, they are not professional enough. There was dust over everything from the demo as they did not cover anything. The first week they came late and left early. The next week they stayed very late trying to finish. This was a laminate flooring job - they did not know whiich direction to lay the padding and did not know that you should work from several packages at once to minimize repeating patterns. There were many issues which I told Hassan but none of them were rectified. The floor came out ok but with much stress on me.

Response was timely and he was able to get our project done in a timely manner within a reasonable budget. Admittedly, I didn't do a lot of shopping around for this project since it was a small fix, so I have no comparison points.
