They were on time, professional, clean, and very detailed in information I asked for about further services and follow-up care. They were able to provide information on how best to use my chimney and future improvements (inserts) that would be beneficial to saying on bills and lifetime of chimney. I would recommend them to others as well as have them come back for yearly care and upkeep. Best of all I can have a fire tonight and relax in front of fire. Thank you.

Dan Hatton was most professional when I inquired about his services and prices. His follow up and response was timely. According to my son who is a contractor, his prices are very reasonable. I can't rate quality at this time as he just compleeted the job an hour ago. Time will give me an opportunity to answer the "Quality" question. (I tried to leave that line blank but the computer didn't cooperate) Their work looks GREAT! They were here in a couple days after I asked them to do the work. They were here on time, explained everything in detail, cleaned up well. They did even more to help me than the contract specified.

The price was excellent compared to other companies, but I never knew it cost that much to get a chimney cleaned. I got an appointment right away. They were on time & they called me to let me know they were on their way. They were in and out in no time, they answered any questions we had & gave us some tips. They did not make any kind of mess.

Hatton contacted me within a few hours of submitting my request, scheduled the cleaning for two days later, showed up on time. They did a terrific job and made every effort to make sure they didn't make a mess (not always easy when cleaning a chimney). I plan to call them next year to clean my chimney.
