this service told us that we needed to supply bleach to clean the house with (we didnt' ask them to clean). They didn't even ask if there was a problem if they used bleach (allergies, etc). They also told us that we needed to take her to the Doctor to get more medication for her "paranoia and irratibility". We fired them after the first weekend.

Response by Heart For Life Healthcare Services: These comments are not true, I didnt use any Bleach and I was ask to use a disinfectant. We ask if the cousin's wife is ok because she was behaving in an unsafe manner and she told my employees and myself that it was probably her medication.I let her know that I'm a nurse and that she may need her medication checked to make sure that she's getting the right dosage.

My father is a very difficult person to deal with. Understanding some of the workers is very difficult they dont speak English well They keep the house very clean and my Dad is clean The service is far better than the company we had before - about 1000 times better Overall I think the service is good to excellent I have had a few problems but Gladis took care of them immediately
