We welcome your presence at the inspection and your questions. We are unbiased, and represent your interests alone. We are confident that while you may find lower fees elsewhere, you will not find better value. If you believe you have not received the best inspection in your experience, we will refund your fee and pay for another inspector of your choice, within reason.
