A little confusing going through a broker and then Heartland. Heartland quoted me 3 inspections for the base price, but when the inspector arrived, he said it should only be 2 inspections. However, there was no hesitation in providing me all 3 because that was what was quoted to me over the phone. Very well handled.

I'm well pleased with the responsiveness, quality of inspection made, and the level of details as we were asking a lot of questions during the inspection. Mr. Achison did not rush us and took the time it needsedto check and double check all areas of the house. The report was sent to us as promised to following day. With the affordable price we paid, we truly think this is value for money for us.

The inspector met us at the house, inspected the home we were buying, and told us the shape everything was in as well as things we might want to fix, add or get fixed. He only charged $199! The other home inspectors I called were asking over $300. I am glad I used heartland and I would use it again.

Steve was prompt, thorough, and explained things in very easy to understand terms. He took his time on each floor, explaining safety features as well in my newly constructed home. He caught things that even the builders project manager did not see. He was so thorough that when he was leaving, he came back in twice to double check certain things and to make sure he did not miss anything. I was very pleased with this company and will definitely use them again!!
