I was very, very pleased with Heaton. Excellent, timely communication. Lowest bid (by far). Worked with the city on permits very well, even on things out of his control. Left the site/lawn tidy. Only problem is that the city wouldn't let him use PEX pipe like we both wanted, but that was not his fault. Will use again.

Mike was very efficient, left the bathroom cleaner than when he walked in and did an overall great job. He called prior to the appointment and was on time. I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend his work to anyone.

Overall is good, they responsed to my call very quickly and arrvied on time as promised. But I was not happy about the $80 restocking fee - that is too expensive. Overall I spend $380 for a job that last 1.5 hrs including a trip to lowes - I have to pick yes or no in the recommend section, but my real answer is maybe.

Mike Heaton & his crew are the most professional group of men I have worked with in a long time. Mike quoted me an extremely fair price for the work that needed to be done. He explained in detail what (in his opinion) needed to be done & why it needed to be done as he suggested. I had three different plumbers at my home giving me bids, all of which were vague in their assessment of my plumbing problem. None of the other plumbers offered me a concrete solution to the problem, & their bids were double & triple Mike Heaton's bid. Mike's work was clean & orderly; inspected by the city of Houston. I am extremely pleased with the outcome.
