I was impressed that my call was returned very quickly, and I had no problems arranging an appointment. I had concerns about moving my furniture back onto the newly cleaned carpets so quickly, but I was assured there would be no problem, and there wasn't. The majority of my carpet, (whole house,) just need to be cleaned and they did a great job, however, heavy duty areas didn't seem to have as much success. I stated 'yes' I would recommend them, but if you have really bad areas, you may want something in addition to their standard cleaning process.
