Hector was very helpful in sealing up our Townehome soffitt. He also check the attic for additional squririls before sealing up. Hector allowed another person to use his very long ext chord to cut a tree limb off & climed up a ladder about 20 ft to help the other person. This was very brave of him & we deeply appreciated his quick response to our problem. I plan on hiring him anytime I need help around the house. Mr. Padilla has been a great help with a number of small jobs in my home. I am having him return to do several other small things around the house, so far i am quite pleased with his workmanship.

Mr. Padilla was timely in contacting me. I met him on the same date as I requested the service, he was very friendly and professional and I decided to go with him, wasn't terribly happy with the estimate he provided, I needed a list of things done and would have preferred an itemized breakout. Most of the work was pretty routine, power washing the house and a few other minor household repairs and were completed the 1st day, however, his staff could not turn the water completely off because the hydrant was broken, and I had to call a plumber to fix to get it turned off.

Hector did an outstanding job powerwashing our house, which is on a sloping lot and has basically three stories. He was very meticulous, courteous and friendly. I felt I got a great value for the money.

Hector was the first person to give us a quote and seemed very knowledgable. He was very courteous and available right away, which was a huge plus. We are long distance landlords, so having someone we can trust is important. Hector and his crew did a very good job and we would definitely use him again.
