Jason S. and Jim L. did an outstanding job removing our old Amana 92 Furnace and replacing it with a new 97. They arrived as scheduled, calling in advance, completed the job in the estimated time, clearly explained the new furnace's features, instructions, and warranty requirements. They cleaned up the work site and removed the old furnace and vent piping so that we were back in operation quickly on the worst weather day we have had this year. Well done and thank you!

He took his time to really find the problem with the furnace and was proactive about providing the annual maintenance when he noticed that we had it done last year at this time. He gave me good information and explained what he was doing and why. He pointed out wear and tear that happens as a system ages that could cause a failure in the future, gave me options without pressuring me . He was friendly, courteous and patient answering all my questions. When he left we had a working furnace and he was so neat that you wouldn't have know he was there.

This company is a breath of fresh air. I answered a flyer in the mail as I was in need of someone to service our heating system. I received a date and time for the serviced. Their service tech called 15 minutes before my appointment to tell me he would be there shortly. He arrived on time, did an excellent job, explained what he was doing, suggested replacing a part that was needed, and basically did exactly what I wanted. Performed a complete inspection, did excellent work, even put on paper slippers to com into our home. We will certainly use them in the future.

Rich was very professional, and explained everything he was doing. His customer service was through-the-roof excellent. Very personable and easy-going man. He replaced the water feed line under my mobile home, installing a new heat tape and insulation of the pipe, along with installing a new kitchen faucet I had purchased a short time before but had not installed yet.
