Heron contacted me, as a follow-up, after I had given up hope of having the bees removed and They actually came out to assess my situation. The price was fair and carried out as scheduled. No more bees and I can walk in my yard again.

The salesperson that came to my home was friendly , and Knowledgeable, I thought. The Technician that actually performed the service was great, I learned so much from him about Florida bugs. Now what I did not like and found rather shady was that when I called to speak to the salesperson at the number I was given, I was passed on to someone else, who gave me different numbers and stated that I had signed the contract. When I further questions him he said that the salesperson had made a mistake and that it had been changed. I prompted requested a copy since what I had was different. Buyer beware!

They sold me one service on the phone, gave me a different service. When I called them back to talk about the issues David Torres said he didnt have time to talk to me and hung up. Would not address the issue. I would never reccommend them and am going to report them to the BBB.
