Project: Build an Addition

This project to add a third car garage is only waiting for a final inspection by the city to be complete. Although delays were encountered that were NOT the fault of the contractor, the project is now complete. Workmanship is great and each inspection by the city thus far has gone with absolutely no issues. I am totally pleased with the work done by this contractor. He is trustworthy, honest, price competitive, listened to me, and absolutely a hard worker. He and his crew showed up in the morning and worked through the day with no breaks for lunch, etc. If I have another project he will be the first I call.

Project: Renovate or Repair a Home

There are a lot of areas that we have to redo, due to poor sanding. In my own opinion it looks like he was in a hurry to get done and did a half of a job. I would not recommend him to anyone close to me. I would suggest someone with more experience and reputable. He wanted to charge an arm and a leg to replace items that only cost me $25.00. He got paid twice for items and never said anything about it. I am now taking that off what he is owed. There was a point when we had to wait a week for him to come back out and finish the work on my house. I am not satisified with the quality of work.
