Mike Hogan, founder of Hogan Land Services, Inc. is a second generation land services professional, following in his father's footsteps, who established Hogan Schoch & Associates, in Sebastopol, California in 1960. Hogan Land Services, Inc. was established in 2003 to provide professional services including land surveying, septic consultation and civil engineering. Since that time, we have evolved and grown. Our staff has grown to 15, including a broad range of experience, professional licensure and years of practice. We have developed important relationships throughout the state, with county and city agency personnel ranging from inspectors to supervisors.
