I discovered water in the garage after their visit. I just wanted to know where they used water. Promises to call back. Nothing. Do I need a plumber?

So, they did a great job on my bathroom for my move out project. However, there were issues with the kitchen. I told them to leave the fridge alone, that I would handle it myself. Somehow the freezer temperature got turned down and all the food in the freezer was ruined. Would recommend for the bathroom and other projects, like floors and cleaning blinds. Keep them away from refrigerator.

Response by Home Cleaning Centers of America: We found out about the miscommunication on the refrigerator cleaning in our followup call with Kerrie to inquire about her satisfaction with our service. We felt terrible that this happened and promptly issued an adjustment check for her spoiled food.
