My daughter has a serious medical condition and lives several hours away from me so when things happen that potentially jeopardizes her health she tends to panic. She called me in a panic and said her A/C had stopped working. I had her call an A/C service to come and repair the unit. Instead of repairing it, they told her that she needed a completely new system at the cost of $6300 and that they couldnt install if for a few days. Well I felt they were trying to take advantage of her so I drove to her condo and looked for another repair service. I contacted Home Comfort on a Saturday and discuss the issue with them. They called me back with a price to repair, arrange to get the parts on short notice and scheduled a time to come over on that Saturday to repair the unit. They arrived as scheduled and repaired the issue during a rain storm. The cost of repair was exactly what they said on the phone. I appreciated their honesty and integrity as well as understanding my situation and coming immediately to get the system up and working. The unit is working great and my daughter is happy again. Thanks again for the excellent service and support. I have not hesitation on recommend Home Comfort to anyone.

I contacted this company concerning the air conditioner for my home. The service technician arrived to my house within the hour of contact. The technician was very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. The cost was unbelievably reasonable!! The technician even contacted me later the same day to make sure the problem was fixed and that my air conditioner was cooling properly!! I will be recommending this company to all my family and friends!!

Would hightly recommend this A/C service company. They were on time, professional and very reasonable with price. I set the appointment a week ahead and was contacted the day before to confirm our meeting time. It was refreshing to deal with a company that was so dependable, informative and didn't over charge.
