I believe his name was Rodney. He was very nice and professional. He let me know he did not find any evidence of my home having termites inside or outside. He mentioned to me about a possible issue with my water heater that I should keep an eye on which I thought was very nice of him because it has nothing to do with him and he could have just not told me. He offered some preventative services and went on his way. I am very pleased with this company.

Rodney responded to my project immediately, and was at my house in about an hour, on a Saturday morning. I couldn't ask for a quicker response. I was concerned that I might have termites. Rodney quickly identified the insect as just an ant though, which was a relief. He did recommend that we treat for ants though, and applied his recommended product. Rodney's truck indicated he was an entomologist. I asked him if he was an entomologist, and he replied that he was, having been educated at Texas Tech. I don't think I've ever had a pest control person who was actually an entomologist. This definitely seems like a major plus.
