Easy to work with. Chris came out and went over the flooring options with us and as issues came up he was always able to fix them to our satisfaction. Chris came to the property daily to check the status and ensure the work was being done to our satisfaction. I would use them again for future jobs.

Chris is professional, personable and well-informed. He gives the impression that he will be doing the work when in fact he has a crew that comes out and does the work for him. The only time he was present for the work was at the beginning when it was first started to pick up the first half of the payment and at the end to pick up the other half of the payment and check the work. We were disappointed because Chris had told us that certain things would be done that were not done and many of the things done were done poorly.

I cannot say enough about how delighted I am with my beautiful new floors! Chris Perkins and his team installed wood, tile and carpet flooring throughout my 2300SF home, and it is transformed. Their estimate was very competitive, and they helped me find products I loved. They started when they said they would, kept me informed about progress, finished on time and on budget, and then helped move all my furniture back after they were through. I couldn't be happier with the overall process and the result is gorgeous. I would not hesitate to recommend Perkins Flooring to anyone looking for a high-quality product and great customer service.

We had to fire the contractor we hired to remodel our living and dining room and had family visiting in a week. I called Chris at Perkins Flooring on a Tuesday around noon and he was at my house that afteroon to give me an estimate. He was on time, very reasonable with his estimate, and was able to accommodate our extremely short timeframe. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Perkins Flooring. It's been just over 3 months since we had our wood floor installed and it looks as good as the day it was installed and we have had no problems. I highly recommend this company.

Although the flooring was done in a timely manner, there were some defects that were pointed out. Numerous calls were made to have the defects fixed, but never got a return phone call. Because of the poor customer service, I would not recommend this contractor to another patron.
