Project: Repair Interior or Exterior Doors
Brad and Joe were wonderful. Compare to many licensed contractors, they were honest, knowledgeable, and price was reasonable. My house was bulgarized and needed door and windows repair. They didn't try to sell me a huge part of something to my house, but was able to provide me options. I am able to contact Brad by phone and email. Quote was provided to me online which made it easier for me to submit to insurance company. I was away on a work related event and I was able to email Brad to re-schedule project. Joe was courteous and finished windows and door within one day. I would recommend them to family and friends. Thanks.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
My project started out great and the quality of work was exceptional. However, due to a delay in delivery of my bathroom tub other projects suddenly have taken priority and I am getting the run around. Promises to show up and finish necessay work are not being kept. I call and am told that the workers will be at my home and I take off a day of work and no one shows up. The next day I get a call and the worker who was doing my work has quit and got another job. As I type this I am waiting a third tiime for promised workers to show up and have not seen or heard from ayone. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY!
Response by Home Improvements: We were very sorry that the materials kept being delivered by Home Depot with defects in them. Our worker told us the he was in good contact with Mike but clearly he was not. Communication has sense improved and this worker is no longer with us.

Project: Build or Replace Wheelchair Ramps
I feel for the money we spent the ramp should have been streight and hand rails secured. I secured them myself. I also had to paint it myself. I was frustrated with the contractor and felt that he wasnt qualifyed for this job. He asked me to call him if anything goes wrong with the ramp, but I already decided that we had made a mistake, pay him and move on.
Response by Home Improvements: This was done by one of our workers that is not longer with us. He said he communicated well with the client but clearly he did not. We let him go in 2011. Wish the client would have called me directly.

I cannot comment on the work of this particular contractor as we did not select him to do the work. However, I can say that when he came out for the quote, he was very professional, very knowledgeable and provided a quote in a timely manner.

they sent someone out the very next day. the work was done timely and professionally. the worker was courteous and knowledgable. In fact, i was so impressed with the worker that i called his supervisor to put in a good word for him. i would highly recommend this company to anyone.
