We were very pleased with the service we got. HTA called us promptly and worked with our schedules to quickly visit our home, assess our needs, and fulfill them. HTA also has great follow up (including, in our case, a return visit) and has been available to us to answer questions, tweak issues related to our cable company (not really part of the job HTA was hired to do!) and has been friendly and honest and is very knowledgable. We would definitely use them again.

I had a great experience working with the Home Theater Advisors! I would give them MORE than 5 stars and definitely recommend hiring them to help you with your home project! Customer service is outstanding; they will listen to your needs and provide you with the best solution. Mark was very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. I have used other companies before, but all of them did a mediocre job, always leaving something undone. Mark is genuinely interested in finding the best solution for you. I have never had my surround sound system work so perfectly. Mark properly connected and calibrated all the equipment, and now the sound is amazing. I liked the serious approach that this company takes when assessing your request/problem; they will do an extensive research and come completely prepared! Great job on every dimension!
