We very pleased with the work that Homework remodeling has done. Great quality, fast and clean, and a good price. We were not happy with the overall management and supervision of the project by the owner. He did not deliver what he committed during sale. The crews were not employees of the company but different subcontractors. And he rarely showed up to supervise and manage so that I had to stay home several days to project manage.

The crew was highly professional and did superb work. It looks like a new house. Each day the crew cleaned up it's work area and left the jobsite neat.

I have done a number of home remodeling projects and this was by far the most positive experience. The supervisor/ sales rep was responsive. The on site workers were easy to communicate with and kept the job site very tidy and safe. The quality of the work overall was very good.

I have had a roller coaster experience with Homework Remodeling. Unfortunately, this may be an isolated incident. The initial sales representative and design consultant did not do a good job with my contract. Mark Jain with Homework remodeling apologized for my intial bad experience and delay in the completion of my deck. Mark and I met and we resolved the issues and within 2 weeks my deck was completed. I am now a satisfied coustomer.

They had good windows, good and quick installation; however, getting a hold of the in order to get a receipt after the work was one and paid was a bit difficult. But that was the only down side.

We hired Mark to put new siding on the back and one side of our house in Old Town, as well as to paint the entire house. There were some delays, most totally out of Mark's control (snowstorms, City of Alexandria paperwork requirements, etc.). However, once the project started, WOW!!! They worked incredibly fast. We ended up having them replace most of our fence and the deck in the back. These were added on at the last minute but were done just as professionally and just as quickly. We are really happy with our experience with Homework Remodeling!!! We will definitely use them again!!!

Over all the deck is almost done within the time frame agreed, however few reminders were necessary to speed up the process. Mr.Jain was cooperative, and the crew was very professional. The job will be done when the railings will be stained and hopefully this will be done prior to the fall season. The deck looks really nice, spacious and solid. Thank you Homework Remodeling
