John was very friendly and service oriented. He answered all of my questions, and helped consult on the materials needed to make our door very safe and strong. He even was able to work with the terrible door structure left behind and custom fit the door he brought to fit our uneven framing.

The work done by Honeydew on my project was of superior quality, the cost was very reasonable and they worked very well with me on my tight timeline. I can also attest to the character of John. He was looking out for me when I ran into unscrupulous people that I was doing business with. I can't tell you how much that meant to me. I will re-hire Honeydew again anytime I have work they can do.

I cannot give this a five as the project is incomplete, but the reason it is incomplete is not within John's control. Hopefully we can rate again when the project is compete.

John was not responsive to several calls to get project started. Project took approximately 5 days and should have been done in two days. A lot of delays, but quality was great. He was slow to come back to the project to clean up.
