We are thrilled with the job they did for us ! Our deck looks amazing . They were easy to talk to and explained every detail of our deck project They were honest,came when they said , and did what they said . It was beyond my expectations.I have already referred them to three other people.

Tom responded within 24 hours to my inquiry on Home Advisor, walked me through all of my options to fit my budget and put togther one of the most thorough quotes I have ever seen. Once we selected Hook & Ladder , Tom and his crew showed up when scheduled, cleaned up the job site every night and finshed ahaead of schedule. The deck they built is top quality, they even took the time to make sure it was spaced right to get a pool cover on and off. I work with many good contractors. But Hook and Ladder impressed me. Great customer service, on time and a fair price. I would highly recomend them for any project.

I've had 4 decks done before from previous homes and Hook and Ladder by far was the best, My wife and I are extremely happy with the work they've done. We plan on hiring them again for another deck we want to do soon. Highly recommend them!!!!

Tom stayed on top of the project all the way from the initial estimate to a follow up call after completion. The price quoted was reasonable and did not "grow" by the end of the project. Three guys came over with windows and installed them quickly and efficiently, double checked for proper seal, cleaned up after and even hung my blinds. I would definitely hire them for my future home improvement projects and recommend to my friends and family. Thank you Hook and Ladder!
