Hort Tech provided a different design for my project which I liked better than the one I originally had in mind. They provided a sketch of what it would look like, keeping a few of my existing plants, after pruning them. Their workers were courteous and prompt. Mr. Hale showed a keen interest in the whole project, explaining all the details. All in all, I was very pleased with Hort Tech Landscape Construction.

Hudson called promptly to set up an appointment, showed up to my house on time to evaluate my problem garden project. Rather than sell me a backyard full of new sod, he told me that it would just have to be replaced again in a few years. He recommended that I simply fertilize the lawn more frequently and told me what products to use. Then he fertilized the lawn when he said her would, even though he doesn't usually do such small jobs. He is every honest and truly helpful.

Hudson Hale met with us and spent extra time going over how the sprinkler system worked, the best settings for most efficient economy, and answered all of our questions regarding what choices to make for landscaping and why. The fact that he has a degree in Horticulture from Cornell is evidenced by his detailed knowledge on all aspects of landscaping and water efficiency. He did not charge us for the hours he spent discussing choices and showing us how to use the sprinkler system and seemed much more interested in helping us to fully understand the answers to our questions. He was prompt and completed our job in a timely manner.

Working with Hort Landscape Construction and the Director Hudson in particular was a rare experience of exceptional customer service. The job entailed installing and modifying existing irrigation for 1500 sq feet of grass and a drip system to eventually irrigate plants to green up a wall along the perimeter of the backyard of the property greening. Hudson provided a detailed estimate that was significantly less than five other bids we considered. The crew was efficient and professional. The end product exceeded expectations. Parts used were the best available (Raintree and brass valves). Communication and follow up was also outstanding.

I got a call from Hudson promptly. We made an appointment which was met. We discussed my vision to which which he further contributed based on his expertise. His employees completed the job professionally, within the time alloted and in great fashion. Hudson then explained to me information I needed to maintain the yard and properly use the system. My front yard looks great.
