Project: Install a Natural Gas or Propane Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System
Timely response and Jim talked me through the problem with my water heater and gave the right advice as well as a great price for the replacement heater. Installation was done on time and they gave me a steel sheet at the bottom of the heater to prevent future water damage. Highly recommended. Will definitely use them for my future needs on heating and cooling.

Fantastic experience working with Hughes air. Customer service/response is very professional/quick. We did have some trouble with the first A/C unot but it was promptly taken care of by replacing it with a brand new one. I called them 4-5 times with general questions and I got answers right away. Will definitely recommend Jim

Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
The initial inspection of my old unit and the proposal process was very thorough and I was not pressured into hring them for the job. I was impressed that the work crew would work around my schedule to include a Saturday installation. The work crew arrived early and the removal and replacement of my old unit was completed in a very timely manner with minimal disruption of our morning. I was very satisfied with the overall experience.

I took estimates from 8 companies and Hughes Air was the only company that sent out 2 people instead of 1. They had documentation for me to look at. They are the only ones to tell me about the extended warranty.- they are the only ones to offer me a $ 400.00 discount for being a Veteran. They are the only ones with the most experience . 3 people came over to do the install and all went well. I will always use Hughes Air from now on - Larry Milman
