The Inspector was great! As a first time home buyer we were very nervous about the whole situation. The inspector walked us through all of the issues with the property, how to fix them ourselves, and a rough ballpark estimate on things we wouldnt be able to do ourselves. Most of all calmed alot of nervs.

I inherited a house that I wanted to keep as an income property. I needed to know if the house was structurally sound and safe. Craig Hughes inspected the property. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, and did an excellent job explaining everything.
