He came out and did the work on a Sunday, hauled away the old ducting etc I wouldn't have been able to put in my trash. All around, a very good experience. (Nice guy too.)

Arrived on time as scheduled. Installed garbage disposal unit in an efficient manner, kept work area clean. I would recommend Mr. Swihart to anyone in need of handy man services.

Project: Install or Replace a Major Gas Appliance
When Todd came to bid on the job, he was very personable and I felt comfortable around him. He thought I might need a new dryer vent, but upon inspection found it was working just fine. That made me trust his judgement. He did a great job installing a gas line for our new dryer, putting a new floor in our laundry room, and installing new baseboard which wasn't on the original bid. Pricing was fair. I will call him again.

Todd was awesome!!! He called me just within seconds from the time I hit the enter button on Home Advisors, and was here the next day to put in the garbage disposal. Everything was checked and double checked by him to make sure it was all perfect before he left my home. It was perfect when he left and still is. I appreciated his prompt response to our situation, the expertise in his work, and the excellent customer service. I was super impressed with Todd and he will be my go-to for additional projects.

We called Husband for Hire to help replace and reinforce the rod in our closet. Our guy was on time, pleasant, professional and did an excellent job. We are totally satisfied and will call again when we need assistance in the future.

Todd, the owner and operator of Husband For Hire, did a great job with our door install. He ran across some challenges with our door frame (it was not level) but he was able to work around them and make the door fit. He had excellent customer service and has a very friendly and helpful demeanor. We saved money by having Todd install our door and I would definitely recommend him for anyone else looking to save money on a door install.

He was aware of my time, he gave me a window and well in advance he knew his first job of the day was going to take longer than expected so he called to reschedule the blocked window of time we intially agreed upon, which I felt was excellent instead of waiting around. Esp. since this was beautiful Sunday afternoon, low 80s. And he arrived 15 mins before the window. And his estimatation of the job was right on. He was very professionally and courteous and VERY affordable as WELL as quality!
