Only downside of IBMX 3 was that, due to circumstances somewhat out of anyone's control, they were 2+ hours late. One of the members of the team fell ill earlier in the day, which delayed everything. Due to this, my wife and I were unable to come home directly after work because the IBMX team was still in our home.

I do not reccomend IBMX3 clening services for a "make ready" move in. They may be great for contracted weekly or monthly services. After paying $450.00 to have our home cleaned we had to go behind and clean for several hours before moving into our home.

This crew was amazing. Very thorough, very detailed. I will hire them again. We were very impressed with how clean our house was. Veronica said we wouldn't recognize it after her team cleaned it and she was exactly right.

The service was, like an old Mr. Clean commercial a "white tornado". 3 folks worked for five hours cleaning everything inside, including windows. I will recommend them to anyone looking for service. It may appear pricey for folks here in a rural neighborhood, but iit was well worth every penny.
