Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
Our oak floors were in sad shape after years of heavy use and we despaired of restoring them. Grant Baxter and his team did an incredible job in a single day to make them like new. We especially appreciated his efforts to show us the effect of different stains on a sanded part of the floor and replacing the molding. Baxter was extremely responsive and on time. We couldn't be happier with the result and highly recommend him. John & Sivalee Crowley

More expensive than the others but very nice work. There was a small hick-up halfway through the project when they couldn't get the floor to match the color we choose but they worked it and we are very happy with the results.

Grant and Israel did an amazing job matching new floors to the original 1960's oak floors in my house. The patches where walls were removed are virtually undetectable, even where the wall was perpendicular to the flooring. They were able to navigate a subfloor height change from original 1/2 subfloor to new 3/4 inch. There was no dust mess in the house when they were done. They were able to work with me on options to get the price where I needed it to be. They weren't the lowest bid but not the highest either. Baxter Floors was well worth the price paid. Ask them about inlaid floor registers too.

Baxter Floors just refinished our old hardwood floors and did an excellent job. They gave professional advice, answered all of my questions thoroughly, had high skill level and expertise, used a no-dust system and worked diligently to sand our floors to perfection. The team removed some old stains on our floor and used special sealants when needed. They suggested a wonderful stain color based on the age, condition of our floors and home decor and I love it. When the job was completed they cleaned up every trace that they were ever here. I really couldn't be happier and highly recommend Baxter Floors for any flooring need.

Baxter floors did an excellent job. They sanded and stained existing floors that had been under carpeting for 25 yrs. with hardly any mess. Baxter floors removed old vinyl in the foyer and replaced it with wood-looking vinyl and matched it to the existing flooring. If I don't point it out, you can't tell the difference between the two. They made sensible recommendations, were courteous and professional. They cleaned up behind themselves in my home as well as in the yard and on the porch.

Grant and his crew were wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend them to friends (and I already have). The hard wood floors on our entire main level were refinished and came out beautifully and our bedroom carpet looks great, too. They were willingly to work with our tight schedule, which we really appreciated.
