They were incredibly helpful over the phone at every contact. Heather was fantastic! The girls, Felicia, Tatiana and Desiree were late, but they worked well together and were very quicke. I did not feel like they were "riding the clock", either. This service charges by the quarter-hour, so I was nervous about that at first, but they were thorough and got everything done in a short amount of time. Having 3 cleaners at once is what made it go so fast. So much better to have 3 cleaners in and out quickly than to have one take all day. Tried the company "The Maids" once. They road the clock (3hours) and charged 4 times as much! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

First time cleaning. Relatively good overall. Only possible issue was the inside of oven door windows were not cleaned, which may not be part of your service/

Image Maids starts out with excelent customer service that includes clear and responsive communication. The staff that cleaned my house did a great job and there where no language barriers. I was completely satisfied with the entire experience.

Heather is extremely professional and friendly and a great communicator. Image Maids are flexible and willing to work with my schedule, which is a huge plus! They did a great job first visit and look forward to working with them in future visits.
