They are efficient and effective with respect to the universe of what they are told to clean. And within that universe, they did an excellent job. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is that I wish I didn't have to think to ask them to vacuum under the bed (not done) and to clean the refrigerator (not done). I would gladly have paid extra to have the fridge cleaned...I was just too frazzled at the time to think of mentioning it. But--to be clear: you can be certain they will clean well anything that you include on their to-do list.
