I am a lady with construction experience. I had several bids from electrical contractors, Impact Electric was the lowest bidder and from my previous experience, I know a good job. I am demanding and I expect a workman like job and one that I can depend upon. Impact Electric rewired my whole house, after finding some major Uniform Building Code violations. In addition, if ever I had a question or concern, they were there. I am a picky person and expect professional behavior. Impact Electric, in my opinion is a superior electrical contractor. And, the price they charged me and the recommendations they made to me were excellent!!!

Several calls took place from the receptionist, to the owner and to the actual technician that came to the house. Each received different information from each other. They each asked me if I had a replacement fixture and I stated "No, I did not" and that I didn't know if it was as simple as replacing the fixture. Still the tech showed up to replace a fixture and not to trouble shoot the underlying problem. Then while the clock was still ticking asked me to go to Lowes to pick up a new fixture, while they went to their shop to get some needed supplies for the job because they did not come prepared. I paid $150 to replace a fixture.
