They did a great job and were very easy to work with. Their initial bid was highest, but we were able to agree on a lower price. Still more expensive than some other bids, but got what I paid for. Quality work done right.

Having several small job to handle and accomplish, Impeccable Improvements did an excellent job. They worked with the tenant respectfully and communicated through prompt phone calls and pictures of all work. This was extremely helpful when I couldn't be on site to discuss arrangements in person. The people I spoke with from initial contact did the work and had first hand knowledge of progress or problems; no third party interpretations. I would recommend Impeccable and plan to use them again in the future.

Nice guy, but got progressively worse with each project and before I knew it, he was calling for more money for tough times- felt taken advantage. You definitely have to manage the job.

His quote seemed high but I hired him anyway. He was an hour late and didn't have the materials he needed to do the job, even though he had been at the house days before to see what needed to be done. So he improvised on my shower by using a piece of stripping on the door that only covered half of the glass door. Water would have sprayed into the bathroom. He was very eager to leave without showing it to me. After he left, I found a long sharp piece of plastic that he had cut, just left on the ground outside my front door. He was unable to provide a receipt, but promised to email one, but he didn't and no return call.

JC from Impeccable Improvements was able to complete the project in the same day it was requested. JC was not only timely, efficient, and professional, but friendly and went out of his way for us. He went above and beyond by helping me with even more than the initial project. I recommend anyone use Impeccable Improvements!

Project: Repair Ceramic or Porcelain Tile

The contractor failed to show up for four appointments and has not returned to repair the flaws in the work. He gouged the brand new tub spout. He cracked one of the tile by the faucet. He did not remove fixtures resulting in gaps in the shower between the grout and the fixture that water can get in to. Within a week, grout had washed out of the areas that water him. The grout in areas that do not get wet look good, although I do not know how long it will last. He did not contain the dust from the grout removal, resulting in dust throughout the house that took more time to clean than the hours he spent on the job.

Response by Impeccable Improvements: This customer inspected the work done in his bathroom said he was happy and paid with a check the balance.

I really like JC's work. He is professional, courteous and does a wonderful job. My husband and I hired him to do multiple things around the house; hang shutters, paint, install doors and such. Whatever we needed done, he did well and at a reasonable price. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
