I contracted with Indoor Air solutions to clean my heating and cooling air ducts and vents and dryer vent. Jeremy and Shaun arrived at the appointed time and began work immediately with no delays. I had numerous questions which were answered to my satisfaction. Their methods of operation left my home clean and in order.No fuss and no mess. Dryer vent required alteration to work more efficiently which became noticeable when I used it later the same say.I have recommended Indoor Air Solutions to my neighbors with no reservations. Jeremy and Shaun conducted themselves professionally and treated my home as if it was their own.

Indoor Air Solutions did not remedy my air dryer vent issue. They addressed the dryer from the interior of the residence, yet, did not find it necessary to clean the dryer vent by accessing the vent from the roof. However, in their defense, I did not recontact them before utilizing a different company to rectify the issue.

Response by Indoor Air Solutions: Martin , we did let you know that we guarantee all of our work , and asked you to run a load of laundry and then call us and let us know if dryer running again. If dryer was still having issues we would return and double check in case we overlooked something. Feel free to take us up on our warranty or a full refund being that we guarntee all of our work.

I went through Home Advisor and when I didn't get an early call back from Indoor Solutions, I gave them a call. Jeremy came out almost immediately and brought his helper, Shaun. They got right into it and had the dryer vent cleaned out and were gone within a half hour. They cleaned up their mess too. I did think their equipment was pretty ratty, all of the bristles fell out of their brush when they were scrubbing out the vent tube, but I guess it did the job. Jeremy did say they had a new one back at the shop. I would use them again, they were courteous, friendly and professional.

They even made the second trip for free to help me replace a bathroom fan cover. They are very pleasant to work with. I hired Indoor Air Solutions to clear out my the rooftop duct for my tumble dryer. They were very accommodating about the appointment time and on the day, called to make sure I was home, they arrived early and both were very polite. Immediately got to work and did the job with no fuss or mess. Guaranteed their work and said they would happily return free of charge if my dryer was still not working correctly. I have since tested the dryer and it works fine. Overall I was very impressed and would hire them (or recommend them) again for another project.
