I have had their service for almost 2 years. First year had good service. This year, have had numerous problems. My spa turned green because weekly technician did not pay attention to it. They don't recommend regular maintenance services, i.e. change filter, clean salt cell etc. I usually had to keep track of these things my self and get someone else to do it. Tech. does not know how to use the timer on my pool so they leave it running all day after chemicals every week. When they do seem to realize there is a problem, they don't fix it right away and don't show up as scheduled. Plus they charge extra $5 for gas every month!

Response by Innovative Pool Concepts, Inc.: In August of 2011 the spa did turn slightly green, we diagnosed that the salt cell to the system was bad which we took to Leslies and they verified the cell was bad. We cleared the spa the follwing day. In November of 2011 we noticed DE shooting back into the pool and suggested to the customer that we open up the filter and diagnose.We found the filter was dirty, we then proceeded to clean the filter. This corrected the problem. The timer the customer has has only a on or off setting which is know by the customer.If we add chemicals to the pool we leave the system and and note it on the invoice, left system in manual mode.Communication is key

They were great. Promptly evaluated the pool and gave me an estimate and itemized list of what needed to be done. Started the work quickly and explained wat was going on every step of the way. Taught me how to care for the pool my self and did a great job turning my pond back into a pool.

They are very knowledgeable about pool maintenance equipment. They are very easy to work with. They are very professional. Each time they visit my home, they always leave a very detailed work invoice with all services and chemicals itemized and costed out so there is no guess work involved. I am very pleased.
