John was very nice on the phone. I was at work when he cleaned the windows (we only needed exterior done), and my husband said he was very nice. The windows look great. Will call him again.

The gentleman came to my home with a time limit. I had asked him when I talked to him on the phone, if he wanted to come out and give me an estimate. He declined. He stated that it would cost me between 220.00 and 240.00 to do my windows, inside and out, Including the screens. When he arrived, he made it clear that he only had so much time to get the job done. Well, I had to point out a couple of windows that he had forgotten when he was nearing finish. He was polite and washed them. He missed several inside windows and a few of my higher windows he was unable to do. So, some were missed. Screens were brushed off. Nice guy, disappointing job.

Always room for improvement in any job like this. With window cleaning it's very difficult to see just how well they've been cleaned until the lighting and/or sun hits it justs right. One window wasn't done at all which was the foyer window.

We specifically indicated that we had three story high windows. His extension and short ladder did not provide sufficient angle to properly clean the upper windows. He tried to clelan them but still many streaks and cobwebs remained. The windows that he could reach were very well cleaned.

Scheduling difficulties, quoted one price & changed twice. Windows streaked upon completion, forgot 3 windows and had to be reminded. Late arrival.

Response by Inside-Outside Window Cleaning Service: Doris had a lot of projects to be completed before she was ready for her window. There were more window then the original quote, we were able to work that out. The walk through upon completion showed a very satisfied Doris. Very nice people to work for. The work was done in a timely fashion and the quality was very good. There was a difference in the price quoted over the phone and the price he wanted at completion. We were able to work that out. Be sure to get a firm quote up front.
