ICS did a wonderful job on installing my new bedroom floor. The crew was on time, cleaned up after the job was complete and hauled away the all the trash. The job was done just perfectly, the price was very reasonable. The crew was very friendly, clean and neat. I just hired them to come back and do more work for us.

Response by Integrated Construction Services: Installed customer supplied flooring, stained and sealed quarter round. We are going back to install 7/2" hands scrapped walnut flooring throughout hallway and on their newly widened stairs. Stay tuned for finished product.

I am so pleased with the exterior painting work ICS painters did in my house. Bills crew is professional, courteous, neat and most importantly, they did a great job. I will definitely hire them again for future work.

ICS did an amazing job on our church doors. Very meticulous work! We will definitely use this company again and refer them. Great work guys, thank you!!!

Response by Integrated Construction Services: This church was built in 1918 and located in old Joliet. The doors were obviously very old and we're refinished one year ago. Unfortunately the contractor at the time did not prep the doors correctly or did he use the proper exterior finish. We sanded to bare wood, stained and. Refinish with 3 coats of exterior finish.

Response by Integrated Construction Services: ICS installed customer supplied floor and wall tile for the bathroom floor and walls. ICS also water proofed the bath/shower walls prior to tile installations.

We asked the guys to come out and paint some of our higher cielings. Turned out great! 100 times better than I cvould have done myself. Price wasn't bad in our mind for what were were asking them to do. They guys were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
