I would definitely recommend Integrity Inspections to anyone needing a home inspection. Kevin was very professional and really went the extra mile. We covered every inch of my new house inside and out. To include all over in the crawl space under the 2700sqft house, we were covered head to toe in dust/dirt but Kevin found everything. The report I received the next day was very detailed and easy to read along with very good pictures that were big and easy to view. If I ever buy another house I'll be calling Integrity Inspections.

Feedback Integrity Inspections with Kevin Speakman was the inspector for my condo inspection. Kevin was fantastic. He was courteous and professional. He was on time for the inspection and was very through when inspecting my condo. He went through the whole inspection talking and explaining everything he was doing. I felt very confident that he knew what he was doing. I definitely would recommend Kevin with Integrity inspections to anyone in the Las Vegas area and I will be using him again as I plan to buy many properties. 5 stars out of 5 stars rating for Kevin Speakman with Integrity Inspections.

VERY RELIABLE, ALTHOUGH I WAS NOT IN TOWN HE PERFORMED THE INSPECTION AS OFFERED THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT HE DIDN'T LABEL THE PICTURES AND/OR NUMBERED THE PICTURES SO IT WAS DIFFICULT TO IDENTIFY HIS FINDINGS, BUT HE GAVE ME A VERY THOROUGH EXPLANATION OVER THE PHONE.

Integrity Inspections are fantastic to work with. He went beyond the expectations. I had a lot of questions and he was always there to help. Kevin researched my questions to get me additional help. He really cared. It was more than just a job to him. He really cared about having the customer feel they got 100% plus. I would recommend him highly to anyone.
