Project: Landscape Yard or Gardens
When we run estimation, the work scale is much bigger. Eventually, we decided to do only concrete related work, and postpone lawn work till later. The contractor doesn't complain the change, and still happily to finish my project. I am really happy with their work and altitude. Definitely will use them again later for any landscape work, and will refer to friends.

The owner prompty returned calls, gave me options on ways to do my project. Larry explained and advised why something would or something else would work better to accomplish what I intended to do. He provided timely ,detailed breakdown & costs for each step of the project, Larry was available to come back on short notice to see and clearly understand additions to the original job I requested . His wife Celine who handles the office phone and is equally qualified in her cacity to cooridinate appts, pass alone messages and send out the original and revised estimates made the job run smoothly and have NO doubts I picked the right company

Project: Service a Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System
Larry Scott of Integrity Landscape Services responded to my call about two months ago. When he arrived to scope out the project, he immediately re-programmed my damaged irrigation system, identified the zones and made some preliminary repairs. He only charged me the fee for coming out and promised to put together an estimate for replacing a damaged drainage system, repairing a stone wall and designing a landscape project. Two weeks passed and I e-mailed him to find out if he had composed a proposal. He apologized and promised to get back to me ASAP. After a month I e-mailed him again and have not received a response. Very disappointed.
