I really enjoyed the entire process with dealing with Invisible Sound Systems. Bob and I kicked it off on the first day and I liked his energy and sincerity so I went with my gut instinct and hired them to install my home theater for me. Everything turned out perfect and as promised. The tech that installed our system, Peter, was very knowledgeable about the entire process and our construction on this room was very difficult with concrete and cage construction and it all was resolved perfectly. Highly Recommend them

Did a better than expected installation. Cleaned up after the job. Had a problem with installing the RF remote. It took 3 trips to get the remote working correctly. Now everything works as planned and I'am happy I chose them.

The two men were professional, patiently explained my options for both the device and software to use as a universal remote to run all components, and that can be upgraded to operate additional functions in the house such as lights, air conditioning, etc.

He came in and played songs on his smart phone. I figured it was his way of building a relationship. I asked how much would he charge. He evaded the question and saild oh no worries, we will take care of you. It is not fixed. He charged me $275 which was not fair so I paid $200. I still can not pull up my cameras from next door nor can I view the cameras on my I phone. I called him and he said it must be the "new" ATT router!!!???. I feel so cheated. Why is it that people don't do the right thing anymore when it comes to bein fair and keeping your word. Seriously?

Response by Invisible Sound Systems: First of all, we DID fix it. She knows she has faulty network equipment provided by both my predecessor and her ISP provider. We reconfigured everything and got it working in about 3 hours. She was originally charged for 2, but was given a sympathetic discount. She was then given a quote with the permanent solution laid out for her. She has not contacted me since that bid was sent.

My experience was very positive; the representative was very prompt in calling me and scheduling a service person to contact me for an estimate, which I agreed to and the work was completed as promised. I would recommend this company to anyone needing phone jacks and wiring installed.

The installation Tech was one man and came to my office with his pregnant wife. His install was a substandard installation at best. He did not bring all of the components that were needed, and required me to go to the electronics store(Altek) to purchase some switch type box that he was supposed to bring. He left a big mess on our new carpet, left a hole in our newly painted wall in our conference room because he drilled in the wrong place. He convinced my office man to allow him to install a new dry erase board which he added another $100 dollars extra for, and could not make it level. The complete experience was 100% dissatisfying.

Neal and Myles are both wonderful to work with. Completed job on time and are true professionals. Neal has great technical expertise and would use Invisible Sound Systems in the future.
