Joe was thorough in diagnosing the problem I had. He spent time explaining his findings and showing me the issue. He was courteous, cleaned up after the job and was very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend him.

Joe was great. Super friendly, extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. As a former engineer, I appreciated his openness in explaining things and the fact that he had the certification and education to back up his work. I felt his estimate was very fair and appreciated that he showed me how he came up with the costs that he quoted me. The work he did was great and he was more than willing to problem-solve and come out again to check something that was a manufacturer's defect without charging for the visit. I'll definitely be hiring him again in the future!
