Project: Install Brick or Stone Patios, Walks, and Steps
Tracie built a patio with a beautiful retaining wall at our house. He was the only contractor who understood my vision of the project, and didn't try to turn it into his vision. He was adaptable with unforeseen obstacles we encountered. The result was stunning workmanship. The patio is absolutely gorgeous. I am looking forward to having him come back and creating a fireplace/pit as soon as the budget allows!!!

Tracie and his crew worked very hard and produced a high quality product. The walls that were constructed are beautiful and his crew was extra careful in ensuring that there was absolutely no collateral impact on the surrounding area. Tracie and Hurley were very pleasant and professional. They were on the job site on time and kept the site extremely neat throughout the project and the finished product (rebuilt chimney down to roof line), came out beautiful compared to what was there before. The original chimney had been leaking since the house was built back in the mid 80's when it rains and it was always thought it was the roof until we had the "right" person come and look at it and make the correct "diagnosis"! We are very pleased with the work and have complete faith that it won't leak again - let it rain!!

We decided to extend our current patio only a couple of weeks before going south for the winter. J&S responded with an excellent quote and were also able to start almost immediately. The project was completed very quickly and matches the previous patio as well as could be expected given that the old patio is more than 6 years old.

Tracy did a great job. He refaced an old chimney and built a hearth for a woodstove in a living room we are remodeling. The finished product came out better than we expected and looks tremendous. He was reasonably priced and communicated well throughout the process. Actually was able to do the job earlier than expected which was a bonus.
