JB Maintenance was very professional, knowledgable and had great attenton to detail in repairing my fence. The entire team was courteous and respectful to my property, including to my dog. JB Maintenance breaks the mold of what you would expect from a contractor. They showed up on time, they did the job they said they would do, they used quality materials, and they cleaned up after themselves without me having to say anything, anytime. In the end, they left my property better than how they found it. The customer service alone, was worth more than what they charged me for the whole job.

Project: Install a Wood Fence
I met with JB Maintanence and agreed on an acceptable pricing for the fencing as well as additional work I was seeking. He was very understanding about our needs and offered suggestions to meet our goals. Inspite of having some personal issues, he started the work on time and performed work above and beyond what was originally agreed upon. The demolition and fencing was completed and the entire work area cleaned. I am extremely happy with the work and will use them for the next project I plan on working on.

Josh replaced a section of my wood fence. He did what he said he would do and did it when he said he would do it. Fair price - quality work.

Told the crew not to drill into my siding, they did anyways and left holes in my Hardie Plank siding.
