Had a great deal of difficulty connecting and scheduling. The quality of work was outstanding. I am still waiting for an estimate on other work. Perhaps the project is not something they would like to do but would like to hear so I could move on.

Replaced exterior side door and jam, and kitchen door. Both function perfectly, and the install was flawless. One minor thing - the casing around the kitchen door inside the kitchen was installed quite a way away from the edge of the jam. Normally there is a quarter inch or so that is showing between the edge of the casing and the edge of the jam, but here we had over an inch. Practically all of the jam was still showing. Again, no big deal, I took the casing back off and moved it closer to the edge of the jam later on.

John is a professional. He did an excellent job removing and installting my exterior door. He worked on it till he was throughly satisfied with the install. Tested it and had me test it as well and inquired how I felt about performance of door and installation. I told him I was very satisfied with the install and performance. John also cleaned up what ever mess he made. I would definitly recommend John to family and friends.

John and his crew did an outstanding job! Communication was excellent as I live in a different state. He arrived on time and saved me a lot of money! Hands down John is the right man for windows and doors!! With the pending rainstorms this week he showed up with a large crew and got all my windows installed in one day as he knew we were under a time constraint. I give JB windows an 5 star A+ and would definitely use him again! Thank You John!
